The Harrow Refugee & Minorities Forum (HaRF) is the umbrella organisation for refugee and minority ethnic community organisations in
Harrow, providing expert support services to this sector as well as a unified voice at a local, sub-regional and regional level.
Full membership of the Harrow Refugee & Minorities Forum is open to the refugee, migrant and minority led community organisations based
in the London Borough of Harrow and to other organisations that are not based in the Borough but have a significant number of users
and members in the London Borough of Harrow.
Associate membership is open to other organisations working with refugees or minority ethnic communities.
Subscribers to membership must accept the constitution and demonstrate their willingness to actively participate
in promoting the Forum.
We currently have thirty-five full members on our database and thirty-four associate members.
