Refugee Week is an annual UK-wide programme of arts, cultural and educational events that commemorate the contribution of refugees to the UK and promotes awareness about the reasons why people seek sanctuary.

Diversity Festival

Harrow Refugee Forum (HaRF) celebrated Refugee Week 2010 for the eighth year running this year at the Beacon Community Centre, Rayners Lane. The event, which took place on Saturday 19th June, brought together people from a variety of backgrounds, all in one room, expressing their cultures through dance, poetry, food and the fashion show. Over 150 guests attended the multi cultural celebration, which was our most successful to date. A big thank you to all our members and volunteers for their excellent contribution that day.
